The Free plan includes 1 user, up to 100 pages indexed, and 5 queries per day. You get full access to hybrid search (semantic + keyword) and inline citations with page numbers. Max Mode deep search is available on Starter and Pro plans. No credit card is required, and the Free plan is yours to keep — it never expires.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you will be charged for the first billing period. You keep full access to your instance and documents throughout — no interruption.

Pages are counted across all documents you upload. A 100-page PDF uses 100 pages of your plan. For text-based formats without pages (TXT, Markdown, HTML), every 350 words is counted as one page. If you delete documents, those pages are freed up.

There are no overage charges — you simply will not be able to upload additional documents until you free up space or upgrade your plan.

Yes. Free users can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro from your customer portal — the price difference is pro-rated. You can downgrade from Pro to Starter, but if your usage exceeds Starter limits, you will need to reduce your usage before continuing to use AIR. Paid users who cancel keep their instance on the Free plan.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. For enterprise and on-premises deployments, we can accommodate invoicing and other payment methods — contact us for details.

You can cancel anytime from your customer portal. Your instance remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your instance continues on the Free plan with reduced limits (1 user, 100 pages, 5 queries/day) instead of being deleted. Your data is preserved — upgrade again anytime to restore full access.

Since we offer a 14-day free trial on all plans, we generally do not offer refunds after the trial period. If you have a billing issue, contact us and we will work with you.
